DISCLOSURE
In the interest of transparency, we disclose that one of our board members receives compensation for providing grounds maintenance services. This arrangement is in full compliance with our organization’s policies and has been approved by the board. The board member in question abstains from any voting related to this service contract to avoid any conflict of interest.
